Today’s episode is so much fun.  I had a great chat with Jeni Simas-Layte.  She has a vast background in sexual health and we get into all the various aspects! 

Jeni Simas-Layte, The Intimacy Ally, is a certified Relationship, Intimacy & Sex Coach and Consultant and she not only provides 1:1 coaching for women (sorry fellas, must be accompanied by a partner at this time) and group coaching in person in Baltimore, MD and also virtually. She is the host of the podcast, Story Time with the Intimacy Ally: where we say “Fuck No to the Status Quo!” She is bisexual and married to a man and exists in a space of constant questioning and exploration when it comes to sex, dating, relationships, and honest consent and communication. She is also a special needs mom, former stage actor, writer, and homemaker. She incorporates her own life lessons about surviving sexual assault, parenting a non-verbal autistic son, and unlearning societal norms that affected her self-esteem and body image into her coaching and course work.
